Shipping Methods and Rates

• We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

Processing Time

• Once your order is placed, we will process it within 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This email will include details about your order and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

• After processing, your order will typically arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date through the USPS website.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a valid residential or commercial address for shipping.

• If you encounter any issues with your order, such as incorrect shipping address or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
